Which AI do you use?
ChatGPT (OpenAI)
Connect your OpenAI key.
- 1Go to platform.openai.com/api-keys and sign in
- 2Click "Create new secret key" and name it "Aurora"
- 3Copy the key (you'll only see it once)
- 4Add credit under Billing if your account has none
Then open Aurora settings, pick ChatGPT, paste your key and save.
Pay as you go. Set a monthly limit in your OpenAI dashboard.

Claude (Anthropic)
Connect your Anthropic key.
- 1Go to console.anthropic.com/settings/keys and sign in
- 2Click "Create Key" and name it "Aurora"
- 3Copy the key (you'll only see it once)
- 4Add credit under Billing if your account has none
Then open Aurora settings, pick Claude, paste your key and save.
Pay as you go. Set a monthly limit in your Anthropic dashboard.

Gemini (Google)
Connect your Google key.
- 1Go to aistudio.google.com/apikey and sign in with Google
- 2Click "Create API key"
- 3Copy the key
Then open Aurora settings, pick Gemini, paste your key and save.

- Encrypted (AES-256) if saved to your account
- Never logged or shared
- Disconnect anytime
Keep it that way
- Never share your API key with anyone
- Set a spending limit at your provider
- If it leaks, delete it at your provider and create a new one

Can I use multiple AI providers?
Yes. You can save API keys for all three (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and switch between them anytime in Aurora settings.
What if I run out of API credits?
Aurora will show an error. Add more credits at your API provider, then Aurora will work again.
Can I disconnect my API key?
Yes, anytime. Go to Aurora Settings and click "Disconnect". Your key is deleted immediately.
